Rental rules for JUZT RENT appliances.

This policy covers rental eligibility, delivery, monthly billing, use, service, relocation, returns, and deductions.

Rental Flow

  • Verify identity, address, and payment details where required.
  • Schedule delivery and installation after order confirmation.
  • Complete return pickup, inspection, and any final adjustments.

Rental Responsibilities

Verification

Rentals may require identity, address, and payment verification before delivery is confirmed.

Delivery and installation

Delivery and installation are scheduled after order confirmation. Site readiness, access, and required fittings are the customer's responsibility.

Monthly billing

Rental charges are payable as agreed for the selected plan. Late or failed payments may lead to service suspension or pickup.

Product care

Customers must use appliances normally, avoid unauthorized repair, and report faults promptly to JUZT RENT support.

Relocation

Rented products may not be moved to another address without prior approval. Relocation or reinstallation charges may apply.

Return and inspection

Returns are completed after pickup and inspection. Missing accessories, damage, unpaid dues, and late fees may be deducted.
